All images are licensed to the client unless otherwise arranged, and copyright remains with the photographer. Photographs cannot be used by third parties, except for use in the press where the relevant license has been issued. Payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date.
There is a 50% fee due for bookings cancelled within 1 week of the shoot date, and a 100% fee when cancelled on the day.
